Rite-Hite respects your privacy and provides you with this Rite-Hite Digital Platform privacy policy (the “Platform Privacy Policy”) to describe our current practices with respect to our collection, disclosure, and use of your information when you use our Rite-Hite Digital Platform (the “Platform”) pursuant to your organization's Rite-Hite Digital Platform Subscription Services Agreement (“Agreement”). By using the Platform, you consent to and accept the privacy practices described in this Platform Privacy Policy. This Platform Privacy Policy is in addition to the relevant provisions of the ritehite.com Privacy Policy (https://www.ritehite.com/en/am/privacy-policy), which are expressly incorporated herein. Rite-Hite collects information from you in the ways described below. The information we collect varies depending on the type of activity you are performing on our Rite-Hite Digital Platform or how you use the services. The Platform is a business to business website and application that is not intended for personal use. Rite-Hite Customers and their authorized users may use the Platform in accordance with their Agreements to process their business-related information, which could include information collected from third parties as permitted by your organization's Agreement. This Platform Privacy Policy applies to the information collected from you when you use our Platform. The information that Rite-Hite collects from you as a Rite-Hite Customer or authorized user is limited to the personally identifying information that you use in the context of your business with us (“Business Personal Information”). In other instances our Platform will collect other information in order to deliver our services or as part of operating the platform. We may collect information about you as further described below:

We collect Business Personal Information from you when you create an account or otherwise access or use services on the Platform. When you utilize the Platform, we collect a username and password created by you. We also collect information about the transactions and interactions between or among you and those that engage with the Rite-Hite Digital Platform software or services. When you use our Platform, we collect information that you choose to share with us by providing it to us, which could include:
